Mind Mechanics is a unique 12 hour preventative mental health programme developed to address the current crisis in mental health. Fun, engaging workshops are delivered by experts who simultaneously train staff and teach children and young people how to develop good social, emotional and mental health.

Mind Mechanics is evidence based and draws upon best practice in mental health intervention, it is cost effective and sustainable.
